CompTIA Certmaster Network+ (N10-009) Labs
Preparation for
Network+ (N10-009) exam
CompTIA lab exercises are an important component of many of their certification programs, providing learners with hands-on experience in a variety of tasks and scenarios. These lab exercises simulate real-world environments, enabling learners to develop practical skills and knowledge that can be applied in the workplace. It is important to note that the lab exercises are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, and learners must complete the exercises within this timeframe. By completing the CompTIA lab exercises, learners can gain a deeper understanding of the concepts and technologies covered in their certification program, which can help them to succeed in their careers in the field of information technology.

What you’ll learn
CompTIA CertMaster Labs Network+ N10-009 enable hands-on practice and skills development through a remote, browser-based lab environment. Aligned with Official CompTIA courseware and the CompTIA Network+ N10-009 exam objectives, CertMaster Labs make it easy for learners to practice and apply their skills in real workplace scenarios in preparation for the certification exam. All lab activities include gradable assessments, offer feedback and hints, and provide a score based on learner inputs, ultimately guiding you to the most correct and efficient path through job tasks.
There are three types of labs in the course:
-
Labs run simulations of hardware and operating systems. Labs are used for basic and emerging tasks and scenarios.
-
Some labs use the Network Modeler to provide a visual topology for students to observe, configure, and design networks. Network appliances and hosts added to the topology can be configured via simulated operating systems and software.
-
Live Labs are used for intermediate and advanced job tasks and scenarios. They are completed in an environment with a fully functional range of virtual machines, networks, and cloud accounts. Guided steps give the student precise instructions on how to complete an activity. Assessment and feedback are provided, allowing the learner to correct any misunderstandings as they proceed through the activity.
-
Applied Live Labs present a series of goal-oriented scenarios in a virtual machine environment, scoring students at the end of the activity based on their ability to successfully complete each scenario. As a result, learners are forced to think critically about how to approach problems without a prescribed set of steps.
